The first frost of the fall is possible this week, late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning.
According to the National Weather Service, some locations in Central Kansas could experience the season’s first frost or freeze. Temperatures as cold as 30 degrees are forecast.
A Freeze Watch has been issued for Thursday morning across portions of central Kansas.
