A deadly explosion rocked a small town in Ford County over the weekend.

State and local officials are investigating after an explosion at a building in rural Bucklin killed a young couple and their 19-month-old child. A fourth man who survived the blast was taken to the hospital in Dodge City for treatment.

Police say it was likely accidental, but it’s not known just what caused the explosion.
