A Salina convenience store clerk is accused of stealing lottery tickets.
Police Captain Jim Feldman tells KSAL News that 37-year-old Robert Davis was taken into custody on Tuesday after an investigation revealed that between November 30th and December 14, he allegedly stole 100, Kansas Lottery tickets from the Casey’s located at 500 N. Ohio.
Police say Davis also has a warrant from Russell County and is now facing charges that could include felony theft.
Loss is listed at $2,700.
