Authorities are identifying a man who drowned at an eastern Kansas lake.

Twenty-year-old Michael Giesbrecht had docked a jet ski at Hillsdale Lake on Sunday before being found facedown in the water a short time later.

Bystanders pulled the victim to shore, and he was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Investigators believe an underlying medical condition may have played a factor in the victim’s death
