A body is recovered from a Wichita lake.

Authorities say that a bulldozer become submerged in Crystal Lake yesterday morning. Crews located the bulldozer in the lake about an hour later, and the 52-year-old operator was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident is under investigation.
