An ATV rider was killed in a single vehicle crash while spryaing weeds.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 69-year-old Paul Schweir of Maple Hill was riding a Honda Foreman Rubicon four wheeler spraying weeds on his property.  He drove off the edge of the driveway, and went into a ditch. The ATV rolled over trapped him underneath it.

Schweir, who was not wearing a helmet or eye protection, died at the scene.
