Arrests Made in Stolen ATV Event

After two ATVs and a trailer are stolen on Tuesday, Salina Police have made an arrest in connection to the case.

A 7-foot by 12-foot trailer that had two Yamaha Grizzly ATVs on board was stolen from the west parking lot of the LaQuinta Inn at the 200 block of East Diamond Drive on April 22nd between 4:08am and 4:16am.

After reviewing video surveillance, Jeremy Yohe, 36, of Salina was arrested Friday. Officers spotted Yohe’s vehicle matching the description of one involved in the theft in the 1800 block of West Crawford. Yohe was pulled over for a traffic stop, but also had an active warrant out for his arrest.

Also arrested was the passenger of Yohe’s 1997 white Chevrolet suburban, Aleisha Gremmel, 36, of Salina.

Yohe faces charges on theft, driving with a suspended license and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Gremmel faces possession charges.

As of Monday morning the stolen items had not been recovered.
