An eclectic band will perform in Salina. The Mavericks are coming to the Stiefel Theatre. According to the Stiefel, the country-steeped garage band is coming in May.

The Mavericks emerged from Miami in 1989 with their sultry debut that was equal parts innocence, intensity, and vintage influences. After an eight-year hiatus the band reunited in 2012 and are going strong. .

The Mavericks that has given the world “All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down,” “Here Comes The Rain,” and “Dance The Night Away” has a new album out that is true to their roots.

The Mavericks will perform in Salina on Thursday, May 12th.

Tickets start at $39, and go on sale this Friday.
