A Salina man is facing charges after ramming his car into his girlfriend’s vehicle.

Police arrested 30-year-old Harral Maxwell on Thursday evening following an argument between Harral and a woman in the 1500 block of Bachtold.

Police allege Harral pushed the woman down inside the house and also kicked an empty box that then hit the woman’s 7-year-old daughter in the head before he left got into his 2002 Mitsubishi Galant.

Maxwell drove forward several feet and then threw the car in reverse traveling at 30mph before ramming the woman’s 2012 Chevy Impala.

Combined damage of the vehicles is $3,500.

Maxwell is now facing charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
