A motorcycle rider was hurt in a  crash near downtown Salina early Monday morning.

First responders were called to the area of Santa Fe and Prescott, to the report of crash involving a motorcycle. The motorcycle rider was still down in the street when they arrived.

The rider was transported by EMS to Salina Regional Health Center.

The crash happened at around 9:00 Monday morning.

Further details, including the name of the victim, were not immediately available.
