Deputy Helps Deliver Brookville Baby

Jeff Garretson - September 16, 2013 1:47 pm

Multiple construction tools are stolen from an outbuilding.

A Saline County Deputy helps deliver a baby.

Sheriff Glen Kochanowski tells KSAL News that a Brookville couple called for help Saturday afternoon and Deputy Jeremy Trostle arrived to help deliver a premature baby.

The 8 1/2 year Saline County veteran talked with medical personnel on the phone to assist in the delivery of the baby after 20-year-old Amber Falk went into labor 26-weeks into her pregnancy.

The report did not specify if the baby was a boy or girl.
