Barbara Kay Phelps of Lenore, ID, passed away peacefully December 21, 2025 .

Barbara was born in Oberlin, Kansas, on September 29th, 1939, to Robert and Elsie Barratt.

Barbara is survived by husband Robert of 65 years, Sons James (Brenda), Gregory (Jessica) and daughter Laura (Dion) McElfresh, 12 grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the United Methodist Church in Brookville on Saturday March 14th, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery weather permitting.
