Police tase a man who would not exit his vehicle.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, an officer on patrol made a traffic stop on Friday night at the corner of 9th and Kirwin just before 11pm.

Upon further investigation, the officer learned that the driver, 30-year-old Zachary Noel of Wichita was driving on a suspended license.

Police say he was tased after he would not follow commands to turn off his vehicle and exit from behind the wheel.

Noel is now facing charges that include driving while suspended and interference with law enforcement.
