VIDEO: Quick Change Suspect Caught On Camera

A man accused of a “quick change scam” is caught on video.

According to Salina Police, on Friday a white male went into the Salina Wal-Mart and performed a quick change scam.

The suspect was wearing a dark zip up jacket, dark pants, a plaid shirt, and is wearing glasses. He has short hair and appears to be of short stature.

The suspect is accompanied by a heavy set white male wearing a green baseball hat, a red plaid shirt, and blue jeans. This subject has long hair and a long white beard.

The man began a transaction at the checkout lane with a $50 bill. He ended up confusing the clerk, and after a series of requests walked out with $350.
