Salina Police are asking for the public’s health in identifying a thief who tried to steal an ATV from a motel parking lot.

Police say that on Sunday a suspect in a dark colored Dodge quad cab pickup attempted to steal an ATV from the back of another truck. The attempted theft happened in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel at 705 W. Schilling Road.
