The Salina Stiefel Theatre Monday announced two Christmas shows.

Trace Adkins will perform on December 6th, and Michael McDonald will perform on December 16th.

Trace Adkins will bring the Christmas Show 2014 Tour featuring his twelve-piece “Sarepta Symphony”. According to the Stiefel, show is a reverent, family-friendly theatrical production, featuring songs from Adkins’ Celtic Christmas album, The King’s Gift. The show combines fireside story-telling with performances of classic carols. Adkins’ historical and humorous narration, loving delivery of time-honored Christmas classics and the lush instrumentation make for a truly special holiday event.

Michael McDonald will perform holiday songs and hits. McDonald has experienced success as part of the iconic Doobie Brothers, and on his own. From 70s-era Doobie Brothers classics such as “What A Fool Believes” and solo hits like “I Keep Forgettin” the five-time Grammy Award winning McDonald is both timeless and ever-evolving.

Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, June 27th.
