A Salina man is arrested for threatening to blow up the hospital.

Police officers were called to Salina Regional Health Center, 400 S. Santa Fe Ave. on Saturday afternoon at 3pm after staff allegedly overheard 33-year-old Stephen M. Pyle make threats to blow up the building.

Police Captain Chris Trocheck tells KSAL News that Pyle was taken to the Emergency Room for treatment at about 1pm and became dissatisfied with the service.

He’s now facing charges for criminal threat.
