Southeast Baseball Sweeps Chapman

The Southeast of Saline baseball team takes two games from Chapman on Thursday, winning 9-1 and 12-2.

Dan Sparacino was the winner in game one, scattering seven hits over the complete game. Cole Sauber and Bailey Ramsey paced the Trojans with three hits each. Jacob Pengra had a three-run double in the contest.

In game two, Jackson Montgomery pitched scoreless frames in the third and fourth innings to get the win. The Trojans invoked the 10-run rule after five innings thanks to three runs in the fifth. Conner Boyer had three doubles in the game for Southeast.

The Trojans are at Beloit next Friday.
