OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Jon Davis and Lance Miles each had two hits and three RBI’s as top seeded Kansas State scored five runs in the ninth inning to beat Baylor 13-9 Friday at the Big 12 tournament.

Davis put the Wildcats (41-16) ahead 10-9 with a two run single and R.J. Santigate added an RBI single before Miles had a two run single of his own. Kansas State, the regular season champion, will face fourth seeded Oklahoma Saturday for a spot in Sunday’s championship game.

Steve DalPorto drove in three runs, and Cal Towey and Jake Miller had two RBI’s apiece for Baylor (27-27), which was eliminated from title contention.

Gerardo Esquivel (1-2) pitched the final 1 2/3 innings for Kansas State for the win.

Ryan Smith (2-4), the fourth of six Baylor pitchers, took the loss.
