Another Most Wanted Arrest

Another one of Salina’s Most Wanted has been caught. According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, 11 people on the latest list have now been caught.

The latest arrest is Donald Smith. He was wanted for felony drug crimes and criminal use of a weapon.

Those on the list this month are wanted for crimes that include felony drug crimes, felony fleeing and eluding, felony theft, illegal use of a weapon, endangering a child, battery, and more.

Since the Most Wanted program began back in July of 2000, thanks to tips from the public, 2,354 criminals have been caught, and 342 crime stoppers rewards have been given out.

The most wanted program was founded through the cooperation of the Salina Police Department, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, the Salina Journal, and Newsradio 1150 KSAL.
