Police are investigating a burglary from a storage shed at Lakewood Middle School, 1135  Lakewood over the weekend. Police say someone forced open the door and stole a Grasshopper brand, zero-turn, 72-inch cutting deck riding mower sometime between 9pm Saturday night and 8am Sunday morning. Loss and damage is listed at $8,050.

Officers were contacted about a road rage incident at the Pilot Travel Center, 1944 . 9th Street. A semi-truck driver told police he made a wide turn in front of a car at the gas station on Friday evening. The driver said the passenger jumped out and threatened to shoot him – while making the shape of a pistol with his fingers. The suspect is described as a white male in his 30’s with brown hair.
