Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that sometime between 10pm Monday and 7am Tuesday , someone shattered a window before dumping gray paint onto the hood, roof and door of a maroon colored 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. The car was parked in the 2600 block of Ray. Damage is listed at $1,500.
