Police are investigating the theft from a storage unit at 2727 Centennial Road sometime between October 7 and October 28 after someone cut the lock on door and removed numerous Super Hero collectible items and statues. A statue of Batman and Wonder Woman plus Gears of War character Marcus were among the collectible taken. Loss is listed at $710.

A 4-month old German Shepherd pup was reported stolen from a Salina home in the 3000 block of Marcella. The owner tole officers the dog was taken from a fenced yard sometime Saturday between 4pm and 11:30pm.
