A disagreement lands a Salina man in Jail.

Salina Police were called to the 700 block of S. Santa Fe, after a dispute between two men turned into a damage to property case.

Police arrested 28-year-old Randy Rice early Friday, after he allegedly kicked the passenger side of a 2005 Chevy Malibu and then poured a can of cream soda on top.

Police say he left the scene, but returned a short time later around 12:45am and backed his vehicle into the man’s car, causing damage to the grill.

Total damage is estimated at $2,500.
