Salina Police are investigating a case of possible identity theft.

Police Captain Chris Trocheck says that a Salina woman reported that a purchase using her USAA Bank debit card number was made at a Walmart store in Florida Thursday evening. The fraudulent  purchase was made Thursday between 7:50 and 8:15 in the evening.

Total loss is $785.
