A Salina man is  arrested after allegedly selling his roommates Nintendo game system. Police say 24-year-old Ryne Ritt of Salina removed 3 Nintendo game  systems,  a Sony Playstation 3  along with numerous games and DVDs from a home he shared with a roommate in the 1100  block of Crescent.

Ritt is facing 1 count of felony theft and 1 count of  theft by deception for selling the game console  at the Arena. Total loss is listed at $7,140.
