A Bennington man is awaiting a court appearance in Salina to hear charges that he had sexual intercourse with a female victim without her consent.

Officers arrested 29-year-old Jordan L. Brehm on Wednesday after the victim who is in her 20’s called police.

Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that Brehm was still inside the home located in southwest Salina when police arrived to help at 2:30pm Wednesday afternoon.

Booking records from the Saline County Jail indicate that officers also found Brehm in possession of  hallucinogenic drugs and drug paraphernalia.
