A Salina man is in custody following a call from a girl’s parents who allegedly found him in bed with their daughter.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, officers were sent to an east Salina home on Thursday morning around 10:30am to investigate after a man was found in bed with their early teenage daughter.

Police arrested 20-year-old Brian Beasley, Jr. on 6 counts of rape and 3 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy.

The incidents allegedly occurred between July 8th and July 20th.
