Salina Police are investigating an unattended death from over the weekend.

Police Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that the body of a 22-year-old male was found in a room at a home located in the 500 block of W. Kirwin.

Officers found no outward sign of trauma and an autopsy is being performed to determine the cause of death.

Police say the man’s body was discovered at 12:19pm on Sunday afternoon.
