Salina police are investigating a vehicle burglary that happened on Friday night on South Front Street. A Pioneer stereo, sub woofers, and amplifiers as well as a Demarini softball bat were taken from the blue Mercury. The total loss is valued at $875.

An HP laptop, cash and a pack of Eagle menthols were taken from a home on the 1500 block of East Iron Thursday night. There were no signs of forced entry, and the total loss is valued at $268.

A residential burglary that happened on the 200 block of South 12th Street on Friday night has the victim out nearly $2,000. Nearly all the items taken were tools including a Kennedy tool box, a Craftsman tool set, a Fluke multi meter and other assorted tools.

A wallet and iPad were stolen in a home on the 100 block of South College on Thursday night. The wallet contained $380 in cash and the iPad is valued at $150.

A thrown rock shattered the passenger side window of a maroon Chevrolet Silverado on Thursday nighton the 2000 block of South 4th Street. The damage totals $500 on the vehicle.

Salina police are investigating a vehicle burglary that happened on August 22nd. The burglar stole a stereo system that cost $1,000.
