Police Log 2-23-15

Police are investigating a business burglary at the Eye Doctors, 436 S. Ohio, that occurred sometime between Friday at 5pm and Saturday morning at 6:30am. Police say someone forced open the south door and stole 12 pairs of Oakley brand sunglasses, and $50 in cash. Total loss and damage is listed at $2,060.

Police are investigating after a stolen auto shop tool from Lindsborg is recovered in Salina. Police say a Snap-On diagnostic scanner, that was taken in a burglary and valued at $8,000 was recovered on February 20th in a Salina man’s home. No arrests have been made.

Police say two vehicles were damaged in the 2000 block of Harold on Friday night. Officers say someone broke a tail light on a Toyota Camry and damaged the exterior of a Chevy Trailblazer with eggs. Total damage is listed at $3,100.
