A former roommate is arrested after a stolen bike is located.

Police arrested 27-year-old Justin Charlton of Salina, after his former roomate found his stolen “Gary Fisher Bicycle” listed for sale online at a Salina pawn shop.

Police say back on August 25th, the bike, valued at $850 was taken from a residence in the 800 block of Highland.

Police used paperwork Charlton signed at Salina Pawn and Jewelry to charge him with theft, false writing and theft by deception.

Once again the victim finds the thief. How easy would that have been for the police to do. Surprise they even arrested the guy since in the past when stolen merchandise has been found at the pawn shops the police did nothing.

Fuchs Mi: You seem to have a major issue with our local PD. Are you a former/continuous criminal who didn’t like that you were apprehended? All you really ever do is to bad-mouth the local law enforcement. You seriously need to seek some counseling and discover your issues so you may put them behind you and move on. In the meantime, could you refrain from commenting about our officer in this county, please?
