Mildred M. Wrenn
Mildred M. Wrenn, Salina, died on March 15, 2014. She was born Mildred M. Mitchell to Charles and Nancy (LaClef) Mitchell on April 2, 1914.
Mildred attended school in Concordia, then worked for the Bowman Seed Company. In 1939, she started work for the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. After retiring, she returned to Concordia, then moved to Salina in 1980.
She was a member of 1st United Methodist Church and a former member of the Volunteer Connection, Native Daughters of Kansas and NARFE.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Wrenn; her sister, Mabel C. Winters; two brothers, Myron E. Mitchell and Wesley M. Mitchell; four nephews, David W. Winters, Jack W. Mitchell, Ronald M. Winters and Charles A. Mitchell; and one niece, Marymar Stolzenburg.
She is survived -

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the 1st United Methodist Church, Salina.
Her ashes will be inurned privately in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.
Memorials are suggested to the church.
