Sandra K Reynolds

Sandra (Sandy) K. (Brandenburg) Reynolds died October 18, 2013.

She was born in Russell, Kansas on February 21, 1956 to Robert (Bob) and Myrna(Griffin) Brandenburg.

Sandra attended school in Russell and Dodge City as well as taking college classes at K-State Salina.

Sandra married James (Jim) Reynolds February 15, 1994. She spent her adult life working in paraprofessional accounting for CPA and attorneys and most recently 18 1/2 years at her beloved (bus farm) Eldorado National in Salina.

Sandra loved baseball and was a fan of the Yankees but became especially fond of the Cubs after living two years in downtown Chicago. She loved dancing, motorcycles, horses and red roses and when she was forced to retire due to illness she loved to crochet and decorate wood projects.

She was a member of Christ Cathedral Episcopal Church and active in drug and alcohol recovery programs for many years.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Robert and her beloved golden retriever Simon.

Grandchildren: Alexys Studabaker, Tailynn Buettgenbach, Tate Buettgenbach and Bennett Asche, Salina, Connor Williams and Brayden & Ashlon Stanford of McPherson,
Mother: Myrna(Virgil) Christiansen of Salina,
Brothers: Alan (Deana) Brandenburg of Salina, Eldon (Patty) of Dodge City,
Sister: Beverly (Terry) Pohl, Louisville, KY,
Four nieces
Four nephews
Numerous great nieces and nephews.


Service will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Christ Cathderal Episcopal Church, 138 S. 8th St., Salina and a celebration of life reception will be held immediately after the service in the church parish hall.

Visitation will be from 12 to 8 PM Monday, October 21, 2013 at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 8th St., Salina.
