Billy Ray Dugger
Billy Ray Dugger, 88, of Salina, passed away July 10, 2013. He was born on August 24, to Burt L. and Florence C. (Kellams) Dugger, in Salina, KS.
Bill was a former truck driver for Rock Island Motor Transit. He was a generous man; even after retiring he volunteered driving the bus for the RSVP. Bill belonged to many organizations in his life. He was a life member of the VFW 1432; serving as a past commander and past district commander of 6th district, a member of the Masonic Temple, serving as the commander of the Legion of Honors, Blue Lodge #60.
Bill married Colleen (Schroeder) Dugger, June 1, 1947. They were married 44 years until Colleens death in 91. His wife precedes him in death.

Four grandchildren: Maggie Lough

Kathryn (Bronen) Southard
Five great-grandchildren: Alexis and Tori Lough

Sister-in-law: Norma Schroeder
Visitation will be Friday, July 12, from 4 to 8 pm at Ryan Mortuary.
Funeral services will be 10 am, Saturday, July 13, at Ryan Mortuary.
Burial will follow at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, Shriners Hospital, or St. Marys grade school.
