Tyler Pennypacker, 73, McPherson, former resident of Abilene & Herington, died Saturday, June 22, 2013, at the Salina Regional Medical Center. He was born October 12, 1939, at Wichita, the son of Harry H. and Gaddy Mae (Rogers) Pennypacker.

A Graveside Services will be held at 9:30am Thursday, June 27th, 2013, at the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington; under the direction of the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel.

Mr. Pennypacker was a retired aircraft machinist. He was a master woodworker, and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by -
Sister: Nancy Kern of McPherson
Granddaughter: Alisha (Pennypacker) Adkins of Branson
Two (2) grandchildren: Isabella Rose
Daniel James
Daughter-in-law: Pearl (Pennypacker) Zimmermann
Sister-in-law: Sue Pennypacker
Many nieces and nephews

Preceded in death by his son Dan Pennypacker (09/04/1998), his companion Thelma Turley (11/08/2010), a brother Billie Pennypacker, brother-in-law Dennis Kern, and his parents.
