A missing teen being sought by family and friends was located safe Thursday evening..

17-year-old Kyla Merie Ponting had been missing since Monday. It was believed that she was on the run from a court appearance, and possibly was with an adult male, still in the Salina area.

Kyla had medical conditions that require medication that was not with her.

She was located safe late in the evening Thursday.
