A standoff with an armed man in the McPherson County community of Marquette ends peacefully Tuesday afternoon.

Law enforcement tells KSAL News that a man with a weapon allegedly made several threats, and then refused to come out of a home. As a standoff ensued, officers from McPherson County and the Kansas Highway Patrol responded to the scene.

The man ended up surrendering peacefully.

There were no injuries in the incident.
