Salina Police are looking for a known suspect after a man is attacked.

According to Deputy Chief Carson Mansfield, officers were called to the corner of 13th and Ash just before 10pm on Thursday night after neighbors heard a disturbance in the street.

Police found Dean Gilmore of Salina on the ground with injuries after being struck and allegedly stomped on.

He was transported to Salina Regional Health Center for treatment of neck, back and a shoulder injuries.

Police also say he was suffering from an injury to his jaw.

Deputy Chief Mansfield, says investigators are looking for a man who is an acquaintance of the victim.
