A disagreement leads to a broken windshield.

Police arrested 25-year-old Joshua Hiers of Salina after he allegedly used his foot to smash the windshield on a 2004 Kia.

Police say he was arguing with a female acquaintance on Saturday afternoon in the 900 block of N. 13th when he stuck the car.

Police say an adult and three children ages 7, 4 and 2 were in the vehicle at the time.

There were no injuries.
