The I-135 / I-70 Drug Task Force makes an arrest.

Officers used a search warrant at 414 S. Delaware on November 8th and arrested 26-year-old Leroy J. Eblacas on charges that could include possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Officers confiscated 21.6 grams of pot along with drug paraphernalia. Police also found baggies tainted with residue from meth.

Police report that Eblacas was also wanted on a warrant in Colorado.
