Man Accused Of Damaging Store

A homeless man has been arrested for allegedly damaging a Salina convenience store.

Salina Police Captain Chris Trochek tells KSAL News that 46-year-old Clinton Camp was arrested on Monday.

Camp is accused of damaging the electric meter on the back of the Kwik Shop convenience store at 305 W. Schilling. He allegedly broke the back portion off the meter, and threw it into the trash.

Total damage is estimated at over $1,000.

Camp could face charges that include felony damage to property.
