A Salina man is facing felony charges for lewd and lascivious behavior in a store’s parking lot.

Officers arrested 25-year-old Victor K. Kinderknecht for allegedly exposing himself to a group of females in the parking lot at Target, 2939 Market Place on Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm.

The group which included a woman in her 40’s, a 15-year old female and two 13-year-old girls told officers that he was masturbating in his car.
