A car is vandalized while parked at the Central Mall.

Salina Police say a 2013 Kia Optima was parked outside the Central Mall, 2259 S. 9th, over the weekend when it was vandalized.

Officers say sometime between Saturday at 3pm and Sunday at 9am, someone used an unknown object to scratch both sides of the vehicle.

Damage is estimated at $950.
