Saline County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a scam that has been reported twice already.

An unknown male caller has been calling people on jury duty to tell them that they have failed to appear for duty, and requests that the individuals wire money to pay their fine. Neither one of the victims have sent money.

Saline County Deputies would like to encourage anyone receiving those calls to report them, and to research before wiring money anywhere.
