Halloween Activities Saturday In Salina

Salina is getting an early start on Halloween this weekend. There are a couple of family friendly events planned on Saturday.

Salina Parks and Recreation is sponsoring its annual Halloween Party. There will be a variety of activities for the entire family. A costume contest will be held with categories that include scariest, most creative, funniest, and cutest. The event is from 2:00 until 4:30 at Heritage Hall inside the Salina Bicentennial Center.

The Salina Central Mall’s “Malloween” event is also Saturday. Malloween is in the center court area from 11:00 until 2:00. It features games, activities, prizes, and a costume contest. Games cost 50 cents to play, with all proceeds going to local non-profit organizations. Registration for the costume contest ends Friday evening.

The mall will also offer safe trick or treating on Halloween night.
