A former Kansas high school coach who was convicted of child sex crimes will serve probation.

Todd Kaiser was sentenced in Barton County District Court to three years of probation with an underling sentence of 32 months of confinement.

The case involves sexting. Kaiser pleaded no contest to sexual exploitation of child in April after a nude picture of a minor was found on his cell phone.

Kaiser taught physical education and coached in the Great Bend District for 29 years.
