A former Saline County Sheriff’s Deputy is facing rape charges for alleged sexual molestation of a girl under the age of 16.

Wichita Police arrested 40-year-old Glenn Lippard, 827 E. Magnolia, in Wichita on Tuesday.

According to Police Captain Mike Sweeney, Lippard was then transported to the Saline County Jail and is facing 12-counts of rape, aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated criminal sodomy.

Police say multiple incidents allegedly occurred in a south Salina home between Lippard and the girl who is an acquaintance between December, 25 2012 and November 29th of this year. Police were notified of the crime by social services.

Saline County Sheriff Glenn Kochanowski tells KSAL News that Lippard was terminated from his position in 2005 for an undisclosed reason.

What a winner, he was given a pass because he was part of the gang. He should have been locked up before, but he had the blue line protecting him. He was quietly terminated for “personnel” reasons…like a few others recently who should also be prosecuted….u know who you are deputies (lowlifes)
