Fido Fights Back

KSAL Staff - January 20, 2016 10:08 am

A New Cambria woman received a scare yesterday morning when she was woken up by a man trying to kick in her front door.

The victim told the Saline County Sheriff’s office that a white male in his mid 20’s was attempting to kick in the door. When the woman opened the door, the man fled on foot northbound, but not until the woman’s therapy dog, a schnauzer, ran after the man and bit him on the arm.

He is described as having a thin build and stands about 6’1. He was wearing a plaid jacket, black pants and grey and white shoes. The trailer is located on the 2100 block of North Weaver.

She should have gotten her gun waited to he broke in and then put him out of his misery.
