Kansas City Royals fans in Central Kansas have an opportunity to get up close and personal with a little historic hardware on Tuesday. The Royals World Series trophy has headed out on the road, and is making a stop in Salina.
The trophy will be on display at center court of the Central Mall, from 11am – 1pm. Fans are invited to come out, see the trophy up close, and take photos with it. Fans can take their own photos, and professional photos will also be available for purchase
A couple of special guests will be accompanying the World Series trophy. Royals mascot Sluggerrr is also scheduled to make an appearance, along with Royals historian KayCee. KayCee is well known for coming out and hanging a W on the Royals Hall of Fame building after every Royals home win.
